Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your golf gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Orders: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear or use.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Golf gloves
  • Grips
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
  • Used golf balls (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps as carefully as you’d line up a championship putt:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, ensuring clubs and accessories are protected like they’re heading to the PGA Tour
  4. Ship Back – Send to our warehouse at:

  5. Track Your Return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want to swap that driver for a different loft? Need a different size golf bag? Follow the standard return process and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll process your new order once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent with our tournament-level packaging), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
