Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Like a well-maintained golf club, items must show no signs of wear or use.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Golf gloves
- Grips
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Used golf balls (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process
Want to swap that driver for a different loft? Need a different size golf bag? Follow the standard return process and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll process your new order once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent with our tournament-level packaging), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S. (excluding restricted regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
